Booking information

  • Single occupancy: In our Country-Style/Comfort/Deluxe Double Room category, a surcharge of € 30 will be incurred for single occupancy. In all other categories, the surcharge ranges from € 70 to € 100.
  • Single parents with children: Children staying with their single parent in a Country-Style/Comfort/Deluxe Double Room are eligible to our special children’s rates. (except during 18.12. – 08.01.2022 and 26.02. – 05.03.2022)
  • Young adults in their own room: Two and more children aged between 11 and 16 years can stay for € 90 per child and day in our Country-Style/Comfort/Deluxe Double Room
  • Pets: Dogs and cats are welcome at our hotel. Advance notification, however, is appreciated. Per dog and day, we incur € 20, excluding food.
  • Visitor’s tax: A visitor’s tax of € 3,50 per person and day. Children under 15 are free.
  • Insurance: We recommend all guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. A travel cancellation insurance policy may also be booked via our hotel. Please contact us for more information.
  • Transfer service: We will be happy to pick you up from the Ötztal-Bahnhof train station for free.
    The taxi transfer from Innsbruck Airport costs € 100 per ride, or € 200 in total.
  • Specific room bookings: We are committed to fulfil your requests and requirements wherever possible, however we kindly ask for your understanding that it is not always possible to guarantee the availability of specific room types.
  • First instalment or booking confirmation: In order to make the first instalment payment necessary to confirm your booking, you may pay either by bank transfer to our account with RLB-IBK AG, at IBAN: AT52 3600 0000 0074 5059, BIC: RZTIAT22 (free of expense for the receiver) or by credit card (per phone call at +43 5252 6248 or email to hotelinfo@habicherhof.at). Please note that we do not accept cheques!
  • Payment: We accept cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or debit card to settle the payment of room bills.
  • Arrival: Your room will be available for you from 3 pm on the day of your arrival.
  • Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room for cleaning no later than 10 am on your day of departure. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Group bookings: Please contact us for a personalised quote for a group tour. We will be happy to help you organise your group booking.
  • New Year’s Eve bookings: A surcharge of € 50 per person will be incurred for bookings on New Year’s Eve. Children under 15 are free of extra charges.
  • Room amenities: Please be aware that slight variations may occur in the layout and actual furnishing of your room!
  • No liability is accepted for errors, mistakes, or omissions.

The health and well-being of our guests is our highest priority. We have arranged more flexible cancellation options to give you peace of mind when booking. You can cancel your booking free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival, if one of the following applies: 

  • the Tyrol is classified as region of high risk
  • in case of a lockdown
  • borders to Austria are locked
  • if you are tested positive for Covid-19 (certificate necessary) or are direct contact person (K1) required self-isolation after a stay in the Tyrol 

 

Furthermore you can simply delay your stay. You will receive a voucher with no expiry date for any already made deposits. Upon request we also refund your deposit.
