  • Single occupancy: In our Country-Style/Comfort/Deluxe Double Room category, a surcharge of € 30 will be incurred for single occupancy. In all other categories, the surcharge ranges from € 70 to € 100.
  • Single parents with children: Children staying with their single parent in a Country-Style/Comfort/Deluxe Double Room are eligible to our special children’s rates. (except during 24.12.2022 - 07.01.2023 and 18.02.2023 - 25.02.2023)
  • Young adults in their own room: Two and more children aged between 11 and 16 years can stay for € 90 per child and day in our Country-Style/Comfort/Deluxe Double Room
  • Pets: Dogs are welcome at our hotel. Advance notification, however, is appreciated. Per dog and day, we incur € 20, excluding food (from 15.04.2023 € 25 per day).
  • Visitor’s tax: € 3,50 per person and day, from 01.11.2023 € 4,00 per person and day. Children under 15 are free.
  • Insurance: We recommend all guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. A travel cancellation insurance policy may also be booked via our hotel. Please contact us for more information.
  • Transfer service: We will be happy to pick you up from the Ötztal-Bahnhof train station for free.
    The taxi transfer from Innsbruck Airport costs from € 105 per ride, or from € 210 in total.
  • Specific room bookings: We are committed to fulfil your requests and requirements wherever possible, however we kindly ask for your understanding that it is not always possible to guarantee the availability of specific room types.
  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount has to be paid before arrival: You may pay either by bank transfer to our account with RLB-IBK AG, at IBAN: AT52 3600 0000 0074 5059, BIC: RZTIAT22 (free of expense for the receiver) or via credit card. Please send us a mail with the information to: hotelinfo@habicherhof.at. Please note that we do not accept cheques!
  • Payment: We accept cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or debit card to settle the payment of room bills.
  • Arrival: Your room will be available for you from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. You can use our wellness area free of charge on the day of arrival. Special conditions apply on the day of departure.
  • Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room for cleaning no later than 10 am on your day of departure. We take the liberty to charge € 25 per person for the use of the wellness area incl. afternoon buffet on the day of departure. Late check-out incl. room use is possible subject to availability. For this we charge € 50 per person incl. the use of the wellness area and afternoon buffet. Thank you for your understanding!
  • We ask you to let us know at the time of booking if you have any intolerances or if you eat a vegan diet, so that we can spoil you with culinary alternatives!
  • Group bookings: Please contact us for a personalised quote for a group tour. We will be happy to help you organise your group booking.
  • New Year’s Eve bookings: A surcharge of € 50 per person will be incurred for bookings on New Year’s Eve. Children under 15 are free of extra charges.
  • Room amenities: Please be aware that slight variations may occur in the layout and actual furnishing of your room!
  • No liability is accepted for errors, mistakes, or omissions.

Until 14.04.2023:

  •     Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, minus Euro 25,- handling fee per booking.
  •     In case of cancellation 30 days to 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price is payable.
  •     In case of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price is payable.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation and interruption insurance.

From 15.04.2023:

  •     Cancellation free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the holiday, minus Euro 25,- handling fee per booking.
  •     In case of cancellation 90 days to 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price is payable.
  •     In case of cancellation 30 days to 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price is payable.
  •     Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
